Magic Kingdom's Jungle Cruise will officially reopen with its holiday overlay on November 2, 2024, Disney announced. Dubbed the "Jingle Cruise," it's the same exact attraction and premise as the original ride, but with jokes tailored for the holidays. Additionally, the attraction has festive props and season items scattered about.

Disney describes of the overlay:

"...experience this wild attraction wrapped with festive jokes and even more fun memories, something guests of all ages look forward to every single year. "

The Jingle Cruise was first introduced at Magic Kingdom and Disneyland in 2013, but has been exclusive to Magic Kingdom since 2017. Disneyland has the exclusive Haunted Mansion Holiday overlay.

While the Jingle Cruise will open on November 2nd, parks guests can expect Magic Kingdom's holiday decorations to start going up on November 1st. While Disney hasn't officially made that announcement, they usually perform an impressive transformation of Main Street overnight following Halloween.

The Jingle Cruise is just one of many festive activities Disney park guests can look forward this holiday season. Across Walt Disney World Resort's four parks, you'll find all sorts of fun and festive things to do.

For example, EPCOT has the International Festival of the Holidays, which runs from November 29 to December 30, 3024. In addition to vibrant decorations, the World Showcase has lively storytellers who share holiday legends from across the world.

There's also the beloved Candlelight Processional — a moving story of Christmas that usually features a celebrity narrator accompanied by a mass choir, 50-piece orchestra, and the Voices of Liberty.

Magic Kingdom has Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, a special ticketed event that runs on select evenings from November 8 to December 20, 2024. Disney World also recently introduced Jollywood Nights, another holiday ticketed event, though this one is held at Hollywood Studios.

If you're heading to Disney World's Magic Kingdom for the holidays, be sure to check out the Jingle Cruise!
