2. The Matterhorn

There have been some attempts in the drawing stages over the years, yet no other Disney park has replicated the first-ever Disney thrill ride. Sure, Expedition Everest comes close, but the bobsleds always set the Matterhorn apart from other roller coasters. It’s still one of Disneyland’s most popular rides, with guests enjoying the race through the mountain, the close call with the Yeti, and the “splashdown” finale. One would think Disney could have found a way to copy it in Florida, but being Disneyland exclusive makes the Matterhorn one of a kind like no other Disney thrill ride.

1. Radiator Springs Racers

A major boost to California Adventure since opening a decade ago, Radiator Spring Racers is a marvel. It’s little wonder lines can become an hour long within twenty minutes of the park opening as the massive recreation of the Home for Cars is fantastic. It’s wonderful how it seems to start like a “dark ride,” seeing the characters in fun settings before breaking loose into a high-speed race through canyons. It’d be a huge addition to WDW, but this blows Test Track out of the water as a Car ride Florida fans can love.
