3. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
In terms of roller coasters, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is one of the best rides at Disneyland. It's theming is terrific and the bumpy ride through the mountain is so much fun. My kids enjoyed looking for hidden Mickeys and the special post with the mileage to other Big Thunder Mountain Railroad attractions around the world. That kept their mind off of being scared for the ride. I would caution you that the dynamite scene going up hill can be loud, so be prepared. Otherwise, enjoy "the Wildest Ride in the Wilderness"!
