The spinoff, Monsters at Work is heading back to Disney+ with season 2 coming soon.

The season 2 premiere will arrive on April 5th on both Disney+ and Disney XD with a two-episode debut.

This season, Tylor returns to his roots at Monster U. He has questions about his ability to stir up the laughs and is looking to find his place among the monsters.

Tylor will have to make a decision. Stick with the laughs or jump ship to FearCo where he could perhaps use his ability to scare.

The series will see the return of John Goodman as James P. "Sully" Sullivan and Billy Crystal will again voice Mike Wazowski. Both are Monsters Inc. originals.

Disney also released a season 2 premier trailer!

Clearly, the trailer shows the dilemma that Tylor is dealing with, from the teasing he endures about being a "jokester" to his abilities that make him a "scarer." The new season will bring more laughs as the Monsters world continues to grow. Watch for exciting guest appearances as well throughout the year including Danny Trejo, Jennifer Coolidge, and the return of Aubrey Plaza!

The first season of Monsters at Work can be streamed on Disney+.

In other Disney+ news, there is a rumor that the 2nd season of Andor could be airing at the end of the 2024 cycle. Stellan Skarsgard has said that while no firm date has been released he believes that the series will premier then.

Andor, a prequel to the Star Wars standalone film, Rogue Squandron, was well-received by critics and audiences alike with season one. Season 2 was delayed due to strikes in Hollywood.
