12. Coco Boat Ride

This looks like a smaller ride than others, but it’s still fun for Pixar’s beloved hit to get some attention. It appears to be a simple idea of a boat ride retelling the movie, and much of it looks to resemble the old Rio de Tiempo ride at Epcot’s Mexico pavilion. Maybe Disney is doing a dry run to test if that could fit in with Epcot? Either way, DCA could use another family ride and using Coco this way fits the story nicely.

11. DCA Avatar Ride

As expected, Disneyland will be adding an Avatar-themed section and thankfully, they’re following the idea of not copying DAK. Instead, it’s inspired by the second film and the upcoming third one, with the art showing areas from the ocean to jungle-covered mountains.

The main ride won’t be Flights of Passage but a boat ride yet more exciting than DAK’s with sinister creatures about. This fresh take is a great idea as it makes this version of Avatar more unique and a huge addition to Disneyland Resort to spark up the future.

10. Walt Disney: A Magical Life

Frankly, it’s amazing Disney hasn’t done this before. This new show that will run with Great Moments With Mr. Lincoln puts the spotlight on a realistic AA Walt in his old office talking about his life and goals. It’s supposed to use real recordings of Walt with a stunning AA likeness. It’s something long overdue to remind folks of how there would be no magic without Walt and the Imagineers clearly wanting to do justice to the man who started it all. This should be a notable new show for fans.
