Taylor Swift's "Eras Tour" is coming to Disney+ sooner rather than the announced March 15th debut it was originally scheduled for.

According to Disney, Disney+ subscribers can stream the entire concert and all the bonus material a day earlier. On March 14th, at 6:00 pm Eastern time, the streaming network will begin showcasing the incredibly popular film that showcases Swift's world domination of popularity.

Included will be four new songs that were not featured in the theatrical release of the concert-film.

Disney paid a huge amount of money for the rights to stream the film. It was reported that Disney paid more than $70 million for those rights. Disney+ has faced a lot of tumultuous ups and downs over the last year with subscriptions.

The film is already available to stream online. Retailers like VUDU/Fandango at Home, Apple TV, and other streaming services had the concert available to rent only at a price of $19.99. That has since changed and the film is no longer available to rent on Vudu and is not available for purchase.

With the film now ready to hit Disney+, the streaming arm of Disney is hoping that new subscribers can start an upward tick in revenue. The service has not been as profitable as Disney had hoped despite nearly every film available to watch on demand.

Taylor Swift is an American Icon and while there are those that poke fun, Swifties are a big deal and many of those fans, even those who saw her in concert live will be running to Disney+ to watch it again...or so Disney is hoping.
