The Garden Rocks concert series is returning to the American Gardens concert stage in 2024 but so far, we don't know who will perform.
The festival will return in late February following the slightly more than one-month Arts Festival. The concert stage should be filled starting the first weekend of the F&G festival.
The 2023 concert series kicked off on March 1st and 2nd with Glass Ceiling performing last year. We should expect a similar start to this year's event as March 1st is on a Friday.
2023 saw several bands that lit up the stage.
Daughtry - The former American Idol performer took 3rd in his season and his band has been a popular draw.
Smash Mouth - The rocking band will not return in 2024 after the passing of lead singer Steve Harwell in 2023.
Berlin - The 80s band graced the stage last year and can still "take your breath away!" Yeah, that was pretty bad but the band also performed in 2022 as well.
The Pointer Sisters - Classic group with a rich sound that has continued to perform since the 1970s. They performed in 2022 as well.
Don Felder - Nothing like seeing a founding member of the Eagles on stage. Felder was part of the 2022 lineup as well.
A Flock of Seagulls - This is a band that really needs to come back. They should perform outside of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmis Rewind considering their song, "I Ran" is featured in the six song rotation.
Jo Dee Messina - This country crooner has a big voice and big energy. Would love to see her return in 2024.
Kool and the Gang - I mean, this is a must watch show.
Peter Noone and Herman's Hermits - You have to go a long way back to their heyday but the history alone makes this a must-see concert.
Rick Springfield - His voice may not be as crisp as it used to be but his shows are really fun and a return would be awesome in 2024. There is a chance, he performed in 2022 as well.
Wang Chung - You know you're thinking it just hearing their name...have fun tonight!
2022 was a great series of shows that included many of the same acts from 2023. Collin Raye, a country artist that was popular in the 90s performed as did bluesy rock band Little River Band.
In 2019 several performers would be a welcome return to the lineup in 2024.
Christopher Cross - He has been part of the Eat to the Beat concert series as well.
Dennis DeYoung - Original member of the band Styx.
John Michael Montgomery - 90's country crooner
Night Ranger - 80s rock band that still has a big following
Lonestar - Country band known for powerful ballads (My cousin used to be in this band so I'm biased)
Richard Marx - Soft contemporary crooner from the 80s
The Guess Who - High energy 70s band known for "American Woman".
