The worst "live action" remakes of Disney classic movies

Disney must have run out of original ideas over the last decade and turned to updating their classics with 'live action' versions.

Disney really did go all in on the AI abilities that they started working with and another "Why" conversion has to be Lady and the Tramp.

There wasn't anything endearing about Lady and the Tramp. The original was a fun quasi-love story but it didn't need to be remade. No one really had to see real dogs eat pasta outside of an Italian restaurant.

Overall, the cast of the film wasn't really all that noteworthy and the voice cast wasn't much better. The film was not intended to be a theatrical release and was instead put directly on Disney+. It held a 67% Rotten Tomato score and averaged just over a 5 out of 10 rating by users.

This shouldn't be a surprise although you would think a free featured film on a subscription service would at least have that taken into account. Lady and the Tramp is simply one of those films that falls into the category, "Just because you can, doesn't mean you should."
