It might not seem like an attraction you can ride with out kids in your party but this one Magic Kingdom ride is literally for everyone.

If you are heading to Magic Kingdom for the first time or the 100th, there is nothing that screams Walt Disney more than Dumbo the Flying Elephant. One of the original attractions at Disney World isn't just for children.

Yes, I know, it's a rather mundane and somewhat boring ride, and when you are an adult without kids, you may think it isn't intended for you. It is located in Fantasyland, an area more geared towards smaller kids. Even the ride standby lane allows parents with children an opportunity to run around a play area before getting on the ride. But guess what? There are no restrictions on age or height.

The ride goes only as high as you want it to. The passenger car only tilts as far as you want it to. At its highest point, you get a great view of the side of Cinderella's Castle, and it is truly fun when the fireworks are going off. You slowly circle around the center pole, and the ride isn't very long. Soon, you are bopping back to the ground, and it is all over.

Still, you have to ride an original attraction that has been around since the park opened 50 years ago. There are not many of those left. The ride won't make you sick, and it won't make you dizzy, and if you don't ride it, you won't kick yourself for missing it. But if you want to ride it, don't be shy; hop on and have fun. I'm 55, and I ride it every time I go.

Star Rating: This attraction is a solid three for the historical value alone but it isn't an absolute "can't miss" attraction either.
