Disney World Annual Passholder (AP, for short) magnets are a simple gift to AP holders that has turned into collectible trading. The worst part of the AP magnets is that you have to actually be there to get them and that kind of is a downer for out-of-state holders.

Magnet releases died down during COVID, naturally, and when they returned you needed to actually book a time slot at a Disney Springs store to receive your magnet. Now, the pickup spots have returned to EPCOT where they belong, although I think they should rotate from park to park.

The last iteration of AP magnet was Figment. It is the second time that the purple imagination dragon has been on a magnet. Some AP holders were thrilled while others voiced their opinions that they finally had a magnet they didn't need to run out and get.

In the past, we have seen Tinker Bell, Chip and Dale, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Daisy. We even got a rather short-lived and limited release of Simba from The Lion King. Earlier in 2023, we got the Orange Bird and even Dumbo as well. But what about the future? Who should we see adorn the magnet next?

Winnie the Pooh and Piglet

So far, nothing seems more far-sighted than the exclusion of Winnie the Pooh and his best friend Piglet. In fact, Disney could do an entire series of the Winnie the Pooh characters and they would be an absolute hit.
