It seems like there is always something new on the horizon from the Disney Parks. From an upcoming villain-themed land to the long-awaited arrival of Bluey and Bingo, big things are happening this year. However, as new elements arrive, some won't stay for the fireworks.

One of the most recent new developments we've covered just had a major change as the new bride character hinted at in the artwork at Disneyland's Madame Leota's Somewhere Beyond mysteriously vanished. Was this a clue from Disney, or could it have been the work of AI art?

The lady vanishes

In the post above from @DisneyParks, guests were teased with a framed piece of concept art in the new Haunted-Mansion-themed store. While it's been rumored that Disney could be replacing the infamous Constance Hatchaway with a new character, the bride's portrait was recently taken down in recent footage.

In a TikTok post by @disneylandnewstoday, footage shows new artwork claiming Disney replaced images of the "AI bride" with tarot cards. While the footage shows no full-scale portrait of the previously seen ghost that this writer could make out, it's also not the first time Disney has been accused of AI usage.

The over-reliance on AI-generated artwork has been frowned upon in many circles, and thousands of fans were naturally appalled at the House of Mouse's use of AI in recent years, most notably the opening credits of Marvel's Secret Invasion on Disney+. However, there's an extra dose of poison with it entering the parks.

Not only does reliance on AI put artists and creatives out of a job, but it completely tarnishes the ideas and concepts on which the parks were built. If these rumors are true, the geniuses and technological wizards at Walt Disney Imagineering will be up in arms, and things at the parks could grind to a halt.

Have you seen the missing bride?
