We're just a few weeks away from the pre-release of Disney Lorcana: Into the Inklands. As with The First Chapter and Rise of the Floodborn, Ravensburger will first launch Into the Inklands at local game and hobby stores, followed by a mass retail release in March.

There's hope that the supply issues we saw with the first two sets are now a thing of the past and that there will be plenty of product for Into the Inklands, but we can never really predict this sort of thing. Demand for Disney Lorcana has been high ever since it first arrived back in late 2023.

For those looking to get their hands on Set 3, you may be wondering if it's possible to pre-order Into the Inklands. And the honest answer is it depends.

Can you pre-order Disney Lorcana: Into the Inklands?

Most mass retailers — Target, Walmart, Amazon, etc. — have not announced any sort of pre-order availability for Into the Inklands. That's not to say they won't be doing so, but we just don't have any solid information right now.

ShopDisney has already confirmed Set 3 will be available starting March 8 at 11 a.m. PT. This seemingly indicates there won't be any pre-order opportunity.

Amazon also didn't take pre-orders for the previous set, Rise of the Floodborn, but did set up a virtual queue for those interested to sign up and enter a lottery system. Amazon would then send out email invitations in waves that would give you a 72 hour window to make your purchase.

Target has been known to take pre-orders but quantities are usually limited. They sell out almost immediately thanks to bots.

Your best bet for securing pre-orders for Into the Inklands ahead of their arrival this month is to call your local game and hobby store. Ravensburger has an online store locator that provides a comprehensive list of retailers who support Disney Lorcana. This doesn't guarantee that product will be in-stock, but you can give them a call and find out.

Some mid-size game stores do have online stores. I pre-ordered a booster box from Game Nerdz for under MSRP. While the Booster Box appears to be sold out right now, they do still have the two Starter Decks available.

Admittedly, I don't know how trustworthy many of these smaller online stores are so if you're uneasy about buying from them, just call your local game store.
