Disney Lorcana: Rise of the Floodborn pre-order date announced by Ravensburger: Everything you need to know
Ravensburger has announced that pre-orders for Disney Lorcana: Rise of the Floodborn will go live on their website on Monday, November 20, 2023. The highly anticipated second set for the collectible card game releases at local game stores on Friday, November 17th before arriving at mass retail (Target, Best Buy, Amazon, etc.) on December 1st.
Ravensburger, the creator of Disney Lorcana, is giving fans the chance to pre-order on their website ahead of the December 1st release. Here's everything you need to know!
How to pre-order Disney Lorcana: Rise of the Floodborn from Ravensburger
Ravensburger will begin taking pre-orders through their online shop starting at 10:30 a.m. EST on Monday, November 20th. However, to ensure a smooth shopping experience, they are implementing a queue system.
How will the online queue system work?
The queue will open at 9:00 a.m. EST. Those who arrive on the website at that time will be automatically added to the queue and will be notified when it is their turn to make a purchase. When it is your turn, you can browse the online shop and select items for pre-order.
The queue is not a first come, first serve system. Instead, the system will randomly assign each new visitor a spot in the queue system as long as they visit the site before 10:30 a.m. EST. So if you log in at 10:29 a.m. EST, there's a chance you could get a better spot in the queue than someone who was waiting
Once the queue closes at 10:30 a.m. and pre-orders begin, any new visitor to the site will be placed after the randomized queue that was formed.
Do NOT refresh or close the queue page as that will remove you from the queue. Returning to the online shop will add you back to the queue as a new visitor and assign you another random new place in the queue.
Once it is your turn, you will have 20 minutes to place an order.

When will pre-orders ship?
Ravensburger will begin shipping pre-orders for Rise of the Floodborn starting on December 1, coinciding with the wider release of the game at mass retailers. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Although you'll have a pending preauthorization charge on your credit card at the time of your pre-order purchase, your card won't officially be charged until your order ships.
Ravensburger estimates that pre-orders will take 5-10 business days to ship, although the holiday season may impact these times.
